SPA operates as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) and Energy as a Service provider. We finance, build, own, operate, and transfer rooftop solar power systems, battery storage, and ancillary services for frequency regulation, peak shaving, and e-arbitrage. Our business model allows us to absorb the full capital expenditure (CAPEX) of our clients, offering solar and energy storage solutions with no upfront cost. We resell the energy at a discounted and fixed market price, signing long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) with landlords to ensure stable and predictable energy costs. Our focus remains exclusively on rooftop solar for commercial and industrial (C&I) facilities, not ground-mounted PV or residential installations.
